1.Can you do my own design?
Yes, we can and welcome your own designs, however, there will be a sample fee which will be refunded in the bulk, thanks for your understanding.
2.What information is needed for the quotation?
Please kindly provide the details information including material(fabric construction), each item's size , weight, color/ pattern,quantity, packing details. It will be better If there are pictures for reference.
3.Are you able to provide free samples?
For our ready-made towels, it is free , but you need to pay for the Express freight accordingly . It takes about 3-5days working days.For the customized towels, we can make the sample for you as per your request. However, you need to bear the sampling fee. It takes about 5-15days according to the special design.
4.How do you promise the quality?
We have a professional QC team to strictly inspect and control every section during production, from raw material to finished product. We cherish all the customer, so we pay more attention to the quality. We can assist you if you have the requirement of factory inspection.
5.How about the shipping terms?
For sample: FedEx,DHL,TNT,UPS, EMS, etc, or as your request.
For bulk order: by air or by sea. You can choose it as per your demand.
6.Can you accept low MOQ?
For our ready made towels, low MOQ is welcome. You could choose from our designs.
7.What are your main products ?
